welcome
Kick your shoes off at the door and join us for yoga, conversation, and community.
Here are things you need to know:
-
1
We are an open space. When you arrive, you are walking into the practice space, so please remove your shoes at the door and store them in the cubbies provided.
-
2
Please respect the teacher and fellow students by arriving on time. Doors will be locked at the start of class without further entry.
-
3
In honoring the sanctity of our collective practice, we mindfully limit class capacity. Please register in advance - when classes reach capacity, we cannot accommodate walk-ins.
-
4
Personal items are not to be on the yoga floor during practice, including electronics. Please silence and stow all electronic devices.
-
5
You are encouraged not to bring valuables into the studio; we have open storage.
-
6
Please honor the 2-hour Cancellation Policy. This will allow a fellow yogi to be promoted from the waitlist.
-
7
Please check in with the teacher when you enter so they may mark attendance. Please settle and quiet the room at the start of class.
-
8
After class, please clean studio mats with provided mat cleaner and towel, re-hang studio mats, and return props to the prop room.
-
9
We respectfully request that you do not come to practice while under the influence of any substance. Our shala is a sacred space. Please respect our shala, teachers, fellow students, yourself, and the practice itself.
-
10
You are welcome to enter the studio through back entrance, dear students. The two parking spaces, however, are reserved for the studio teachers and owners - please honor these spaces as part of our shared respect.
-
11
Please practice Sauca - keep our shared spaces pristine as an act of love and respect. Each mindful gesture of cleanliness nurtures both our sanctuary and our souls.
-

Studio mats, practice towels, bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps and a water cooler are provided for you to use in our shala. Enjoy your practice! 🙏
