Description
Prepare the mind, body & digestive system for the holiday season.
A fall kitchari cleanse is a gentle way to reset the body and mind, especially as the season transitions into autumn. This cleanse centers around eating kitchari, a simple, nourishing dish made from rice and split mung beans, often spiced with digestive herbs like cumin, coriander, ginger, and turmeric.
Robert will work with each participant and prepare individualized spices and guidance to understand imbalances and bring each individual back into harmony before the holiday season.
