Join Sarah for a workshop series focused on building a solid foundation for challenging postures like crow, headstand, and backbends. Each workshop session will have a specific area of focus and will provide the skill sets and modifications to build strength and flexibility to enhance your overall yoga practice.
Class size is limited to 10 to allow for individual attention.
