In its most basic definition, ecstatic dance is a free-form dance movement inspired and led by carefully crafted music with the intention of creating a healing journey.

Yoga Lab ~ Exploring the Yoga Wheel w/ Tina
This Yoga Lab will include a series of dynamic and isometric yoga-inspired movements with the aid of the yoga wheel.
The yoga wheel can be used to increase the flexibility the spine and the strength of the surrounding muscles.
It creates great openness in the shoulders, chest, hips, back, and neck, which are the most common areas of chronic tightness and discomfort.
It also helps to strengthen your core therefore improving your posture and the health of your spine.

Yoga Lab ~ Cozy Holiday Yoga Nidra w/ DeAnna
Yoga Nidra
Derived from two Sanskrit words, yoga meaning yolk/union, and nidra meaning sleep. During Yoga Nidra, one appears to be asleep, but the consciousness functions at a deeper level of awareness. Yoga Nidra is a process by which one can travel from the conscious to the unconscious through the subconscious, planting seeds for positive change. Yoga Nidra is a Pratyahara practice where one withdraws awareness from external sources. Much like guided Savasana, the experience is received in such a way the body is relaxed, and the mind is clear, open to receive seeds to be planted and fertilized in the subconscious.
