Description:

  1. Review the ‘why’ of Pranayama introduced on Jan 22.

  2. Review and practice Foundational & Basic Pranayama techniques

Goals:

  1. To continue to spark interest/curiosity in Pranayama to motivate the group enough to practice on a regular basis

  2. Ensure the group learns the foundational techniques well and are confident to practice independently

The Yoga Lab includes:

  • Review the importance of Pranayama in individual Yogic practice

  • How Pranayama helps with better meditation

About Alpa Arora

Hi, my name is Alpa and Yoga has been my companion since 1997.

My practice and my training have inspired me to envision a world where each one of us is empowered by the wisdom of Yoga.

Pranayama is my favorite subject. My experience of life changed once I recognized and became conscious of how breath is the delicate link that connects the life force(Prana) to my being and also how it is the vehicle that carries the life force through my body and mind.

Through my classes and workshops, I invite you to come along on your own journey of self-exploration guided by the Yogic principles.
