A full moon is the perfect time to reflect on what was learned and accomplished during the last lunar cycle. We gather as a community to celebrate each others’ wins and support each others‘ intentions for the upcoming cycle. Gathering consistently allows us to live intentionally and to be in harmony with the beautiful rhythms Mother Nature provides us. Each gathering includes light movement, a moon ritual, sound healing, journaling, and group discussion.
