Description:

Holographic Sound Healing is the merging of sound and musical vibration with infinite-multidimensional energy, bringing sound to its true and natural state. In an experience with Holographic Sound healing, there is a blend of crystal bowls and voice harmonics that allows the body/mind connection to come into harmony with one another. It creates a sacred space for us to be able to go on an introspective journey, connecting with the divine and healed parts of ourselves. 

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get comfortably set up and settled in for your healing journey. Wear comfortable clothes and bring anything that will make you comfortable - mat, blanket, eye pillow. We do have mats, blankets, and bolsters here at the shala for your use as well. Some feel guided to bring personal crystals and journals to deepen this practice.

 We will finish this beautiful practice with tea and conversation. Please join us!
