Breath.

A mechanism so critical to life.

Yet, we are never taught how to breathe. We presume that all of us are conscious and mindful of it. But, unfortunately, it’s not the case with most of us.

Each inhalation & exhalation fuels our complex existence with a force to keep it alive.

As per Yoga (and now modern medical research has caught up too) how you breathe can be a game changer in your physical, mental, and emotional health.

The calmness of a breathing rhythm is a centering tool that is immensely empowering. Breath is our superpower and we must know its potential.

The Yoga Lab includes:

  • Introduction to Pranayama and its importance in Yoga practice

  • Introduction to Foundational and Basic Pranayama

  • Follow-up practice session in February 2023

  • Post- workshop literature

About Alpa Arora

Hi, my name is Alpa and Yoga has been my companion since 1997.

My practice and my training have inspired me to envision a world where each one of us is empowered by the wisdom of Yoga.

Pranayama is my favorite subject. My experience of life changed once I recognized and became conscious of how breath is the delicate link that connects the life force(Prana) to my being and also how it is the vehicle that carries the life force through my body and mind.

Through my classes and workshops, I invite you to come along on your own journey of self-exploration guided by the Yogic principles.
