Yoga Lab ~ Exploring Backbends with Amanda

 

Description:

We will practice lying on our bellies and backs, from right side up to upside down. As we open through the heart center, you'll find more presence and comfort on and off the mat! This lab will deepen your understanding of spinal mobility and possibly provide a stronger posture and more confidence in some of our fundamental yoga asanas.
