    Laura Abbott Coan is a certified Yoga Therapist who loves the healing art of yoga to support REAL life. She aims to bring a truly authentic traditional approach to her teachings and to everyday life. Her focus is on breath-centric asana, pranayama, sound, and meditation. She believes that the practice of yoga should support the student.  If you ever find yourself questioning what this is all about, she is there to walk beside you in to the depths of yourself in a safe and organized way through Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, and mindfulness. There is definitely a little magic that happens personally and as a teacher when you study with her!

    Kelly Ayala is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Registered Yoga Teacher. For the past 15 years, Kelly has devoted her attention to helping adults who struggle with anxiety, attachment and relational trauma live with courage, confidence and compassion. Her education in Neuroscience based psychotherapy, Somatic therapy and Psychotherapeutic Yoga are the foundations to her teachings as a trauma informed yoga teacher. Kelly blends her professional knowledge of Mental Health and Yoga to educate and inspire students, clients and mental health professionals to reconnect to our own inner resources.
